Overview of Que Vo III industrial zone

 * Geographical location

- Bac Ninh is a province in the north of Red river which has geological coordinate from 20⁰58'N to 21⁰16'N of latitude and 105⁰ 54'E to 106⁰19'E of longitude. The north borders on Bac Giang Province, the south borders on Hung Yen Province and a part of Ha Noi City, the east and south-east is contiguous with Hai Duong Province, the east is contiguous to Ha Noi. Bac Ninh is a key point of economic triangle of Ha Noi – Hai Phong – Bac Ninh which belongs to North Vietnam focused economic area, Hong River delta and beside Ha Noi capital.

- Roads: Industrial Park is adjacent to the old national road 18 - the lifeline traffic road to Quang Ninh and near the new national road 18 which has been planned and built in the future. This would be a modern highway linking Noi Bai International Airport to Cai Lan port, Quang Ninh.

- Railway: Away from Hanoi Lang Son railway about 12 km near Yen Vien - Cai Lan highway railway.

TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE

Internal transport systems:

* Two road routes into industrial park:

+ Route No. 5: 43.5 road limit, pavement 11,25m x 2 = 22.5.

+ Route No. 3 (coincides with road 398 running along the industrial zone via national road 18 to Yen Dung- Bac Giang), road limit is 36m, road surface 7.5m x 2 = 15m.

* Internal road route:

+ Route 5A: Road limit is 58.5 m, road surface 11,25 x 2 = 22.5 m.

+ Route No. 1: Road limit is 36m, road surface 7.5m x 2 = 15 m.

+ Route 2: Road limit is 58,5m, pavement 11,25m x 2 = Rock, 22.5.

+ Route 3: Road limit is 36m, road surface 7.5m x 2 = 15 m.

+ Route 4: Road 25,25m, 11,25m pavement.

+ Route 6: 36m of road limit, pavement 7,5m x 2 = 15m.

Having sidewalk, lighting lamps, green trees and separators.

Electricity supply system:

Power supply is taken from the 110 kV substation with a capacity of 2 x 63 MVA.

Water supply system:

Water is taken from Cau River led to water treatment plan with capacity of 16,000 m3 / day and processed according to modern technology, ensuring quality standards NTR 01: 2009 / BYT about water quality of the Vietnam Ministry of Health.

Drainage system:

Drainage system is separated into two systems: rain water drainage system  and industrial wastewater drainage system.

Industrial wastewater treatment system:

Industrial wastewater from the plant before being discharged into the wastewater collection system of the whole area has to reach to the level C - Column B, QCVN 40: 2011 / BTNMT. Then it is led to wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 12.000m3 / day, treated wastewater will reach to C - Column A, NTR 40: 2011 / BTNMT then drain to Tao Khe channel.

Solid and waste treatment systems:

Industrial solid and waste are classified by plants from the root and processed by environmental company in Bac Ninh under the contract between the environment company and the investor.

Telecommunications:

Viet Nam post and telecommunications company (VNPT) in Bac Ninh will provide services and install directly under contracts with customers, ensuring domestic and abroad communication demand.

Fire protection:

Firefighting system is designed along the routes with enough water supply shaft to the factory.

SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE AND SERVICES

Inner areas:

Service urban project is adjacent to the industrial park, opposite to the old 18 road with a scale of 68 hectare with service areas, banks, post offices, products purchasing center, and housing for workers in industrial parks, kindergartens, hospitals, health care services, education, training, etc ...

External area:

Que Vo III industrial zone is away from Bac Ninh city 13km and in the center of Que Vo connecting to Pho Moi town, Que Vo with administrative agencies, transaction office convenient for implement legal procedures. This is also the central region connecting to the industrial park in the region.
