Dai Dong industrial zone in Hoan Son, Bac Ninh

Dai Dong industrial zone is one of the earliest planned industrial park in Bac Ninh. According to the policy of province, this area will create prerequisite to attract investors and become the driving force for the formation of the next industrial park. However, the early advent make Dai Dong industrial zone not  have appropriate mechanism to build technical infrastructure system to attract investors.

With construction of technical infrastructure and a favorable geographical location ( northeast close to Provincial Road 295 ( new 272 TL) and residential area in Hoan Son commune; Northwest near new national road 1A and Southwest near Dai Dong commune), industrial zone will quickly attract potential investors.

As planned, the project has an total area of ​​over 272 hectares of the total divided into operating area, power station, water treatment station; traffic road; green trees, water; wastewater treatment area.

Plant construction area of ​​industrial development has an area of ​​189.38 hectares divided into zones of production, mechanical assembly, electronics; processing of agricultural and forestry products; textile; construction materials…

Center management, administration and public service area with an area of ​​3.3 ha, including executive office, industrial park management agency, power station, water treatment plant and pumping station for water supply tank for the whole area. The works are arranged in the synchronous and unified overall structure.
