Overview of Yen Phong industrial zone
Located in Yen Phong district, Bac Ninh province, is one part of the Industrial Park complex project - Yen Phong urban area, with the scale of type V urban area, a population of about 45,000 people. This is the multidisciplinary concentrated industrial park where has received investment project in business-manufacturing less polluting to the environment.
Yen Phong industrial zone is modern and synchronized to ensure conditions for industrial development and environmental protection, promote the investment, industrial production and economic social grow of Bac Ninh province in line with the policy of Industry and modernization of the Party and State. This contributes to the development of new urban areas and accelerates the urbanization process of Bac Ninh province.

Yen Phong industrial park has been invested since 2005. The total area of 658.7 hectares is divided into two stages: PhaseI is 344.8 hectares and Phase 2 is 313.9. The area of invested and leased land is 269.3ha. The area of land available for rent: 61.6 ha, the area to invest in infrastructure: 9.3 ha.
