Nam Sach Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 539/2003 / QD-UB issued by the Chairman of Hai Duong province authorized by the Prime Minister dated 27/02/2003 operating under Decree 36 / CP of government on industrial parks, export processing zones, high-tech industrial parks. Khu Nam Sach technology is located on national road 5 linking Ha Noi - Hai Phong and national road 183 connecting the major economic centers, very convenient for the import and export of goods.
