Tan Truong Industrial Zone (Tan Truong IZ) has been established according to No. 1454/2005/QD-UBND Decision of Hai Duong province people's committee as establishing and approving project date April 1 st 2005, assigning to Nam Quang Investment and Development infrastructure JSC is owner to built and go business infrastruture composittion Tan Truong industrial zone, Cam Giang District, Hai Duong Province, Vietnam.

Area: 240 ha. Location: Cam Giang District, Hai Duong Province, Vietnam. Investor: Nam Quang Investment and Development Infrastructure JSC. Endtime: 2055.

A.    INTRODUCTION AND LOCATION OF INDUSTRIAL ZONE

Tan Truong industrial zone is along the national road 5 connecting Ha Noi capital to Hai Duong city and Chua Ve seaport near large economic center such as Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Noi Bai international airport, Lang Son border gate and international seaports:

 + 41 km far from Ha Noi Centre

+ 59 km far from Hai Phong seaport

+ 74 km far from Quang Ninh - Cai Lan deep seaport

+ 61 km far from Noi Bai international airport

B./ TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE

Power supply

- Power supply is provided continuously and stably, transmitted from 35 KV line of 110/22KV general substation of Hai Duong - High voltage grid (22KV) is supplied alongside internal road in IZ. The company invests and constructs low voltage substation according to power consumption. - high voltage current: 22KV - Low voltage current: 0.4KVA

Telecommunication 

-The international standard telecommunication is ready to meet the demand of telecommunication at 9-11lines/ha. The underground light cable system is connected to the fence of each company.

Watersupply

- Water supply: + Water supply plant in IZ is constructed with capacity at 10,000 m3/day + Water supply system is connected to the fence of each company -Drainage system: + Drainage system of rain-water and wastewater (industrial wastewater, household wastewater) are constructed distinctly. Rain-water is collected through sewage system and escape to local river. Wastewater is collected to wastewater treatment plant of IZ.

Traffic system

-Tan Truong IZ borders no.5 National highway, is breath of life road connecting from Hanoi city to Hai Phong Province. It is convenient for export and import.

Wastewater

-Wastewater treatment: all industrial wastewater and household wastewater are treated to reach the minimum standard water level C (TCVN-5945-2005) before let it out through general wastewater pipe of IZ, then It is continuously treated till to reach the standard, treatment capacity at 2,000 m3/dayd with warning, prevention and firefighting system according to national regulations.

-The fire fighting water supply clues were installed at the internal transport hub area, and in every factory to ensure effective protection of the whole area from fire incidents.

a. Customs

All of procedures are made by Hai Duong's customs (inland container depot), away from industrial zone 3 kma.       Custom

b. Bank

Bank system (Vietcombank, ACB, Agribank, Techcombank……) is in Hai Duong City. (Expected open office in IZ).

c. Post office

Industrial zone is away from Cam Giang post office 1 km, from Hai Duong city one  5 km
