Trung Ha industrial zone  is located at the junction of the Red river and Da river, in the west Trung Ha Bridge, in Hong Da commune, Thuong Nong commune, Tam Nong district, Xuan Loc commune, Thanh Thuy district, Phu Tho province, from the north to national road 32A (Ho Chi Minh road Phase 2), adjacent to Ha Tay province, from the Hoa Lac Hi-tech zone about 35 km, 60 km from Hanoi.

Trung Ha Industrial Zone has flat terrain convenient for the factory construction, convenient traffic in waterway and road, transshipment pot of goods between plain provinces and westnorth provinces of Vietnam, of provinces in Yunnan, Guangzhou in China.

4.1 Power supply system:

Electricity supply system from double high voltage grid of 22 KV runs is arranged along the routes, ensuring power supply to the plants. Power source is taken from the 110 KV high voltage power line, connection point from 2x40 MVA-110 kV / 35 / 22KV substation in Thuy Van industrial zone belonging to the national power grid..

Lighting system is arranged between the light poles ensuring for lighting on internal routes.

For buiding 3 more substations to ensure power supply needs for technical infrastructure works of the industrial park.

4.2 The water supply system:

Water supply source is taken from the water plant located in the southeast Trung Ha industrial zone invested by Phu Tho water supply company, each plant will have a connection point D50-D100.

The firefighting water supply system is low pressure firefighting water supply system combining with production and domestic water supply system. The firefighting pillars are arranged along the routes with the average distance of 100-120m / pillar. If 2 fire pots occurred at the same time, the water supply of each one is 151 l / s.

4.3 Rainwater drainage system:

Trung Ha Industrial Zone is divided into 2 main basins in the east and west, separated by a center drainage ditch. Entire rainwater of Trung Ha Industrial Zone will be collected according to ditches placed along the route and then discharged into centre drain and self-flowing into Red River.

4.4 Waste water treatment system:

Wastewater collection system was built separatedly with rainwater drainage system, divided into two main areas in the east and west industrial zone. Wastewater from the two areas after being treated at the plant will be collected through the wastewater collection lines, self-flowing into and after being processed it is leaded to the central drainage ditch.

4.5 Communication system:

Trung Ha Industrial Zone is in wave covering area of  ​​the regional telecommunications network. Communication cable systems are placed along the transport routes to provide services for each plant.

4.6 Internal transport system:

Internal transportation network and infrastructure services are placed along the road to the plants in Trung Ha Industrial Zone. The total length of the axis route is 8296 m.
