Overview of Diem Thuy industrial park, Pho Yen town, Thai Nguyen

Diem Thuy Industrial Area was approved by the Prime Minister in document no. 1854/Ttg-KTN in 08/10/2009, enforced in adjusting industrial zone planning to 2015 and orientation to 2020 of Thai Nguyen province.

Diem Thuy industrial park is located in two districts of Thai Nguyen: Pho Yen and Phu Binh.

Good location, convenient traffic: 1.3km from Hanoi-Thai Nguyen-Bac Kan expressway, 5km from Sam Sung factory, 15km from Thai Nguyen center, 10km from Da Phuc river port, 40km from Noi Bai airport, 46km from Hanoi capital, 135km from Hai Phong port.

1. Infrastructure :

- National power system: Power is taken from the 22KV grid to supply for industrial park. Average electricity price: Rush hour: 2,556 VND / kWh from 09h30-11h30 and 17h-20h; Normal hours: 1,405 VND / kWh;

- Water system: water volume: 4,534 m3 / day. Clean water price: VND 13,000 / m3

- Waste water treatment system

Maximum processing capacity: 3,900 m3 / day.
Current wastewater treatment capacity: 900 - 1,200 m3 / day. Waste water treatment fee: VND 8,400 / m3.

- Waste treatment: is undertaken by the Thai Nguyen Environmental Sanitation Company. Solid waste disposal fee: according to the State's price.

- Firefighting system: according to national standards.

- Communication: Connecting to the Thai Nguyen Post Office telecommunication network. The full communication system ensures easy domestic and international communication including telephone, mobile phone, fax.

2. Utilities :

- Developed with the goal of becoming a trade connection destination, serving all needs of studying, shopping, relaxation, health care; Diem Thuy industrial zone is invested by a large part of area for greenery, parks, water and service areas.
