Phuc Son - Ninh Binh Industrial Park is located in Ninh Phuc commune, Ninh Son ward, Ninh Binh province with a total area of 130.11 ha

I. Location :

+ Phuc Son Industrial Park is located near National Highway No. 10, about 2 km from Ninh Phuc port. This is a clean industrial park, attracting environment-friendly industries such as assembling electronic components, etc.

+ The North borders the residential area and Vom bridge - Ninh Phuc belt road;

+ The South borders the Vac river;

+ The East borders Ninh Phuc commune residential area;

+ The West is contiguous to Vom bridge - Ninh Phuc belt road.

- Ninh Binh City Ring Road Vom bridge - Ninh Phuc (this road route has been constructed with 33m width and is expected to expand to the West 12.5m and expand to the East 13m)-a connector to the National Highway 1A, a connector to Highway 10 and follow Highway 10 to Cau Gie - Ninh Binh Expressway. Northeast of the Industrial Park adjacent to Day river is the arterial traffic route of the area (the section from Doan Vi to Cua Day is 85km long, meeting the standards of grade I river).

II. Infrastructure :

+ Transportation system in Phuc Son Industrial Park and worker housing area, commercial housing are deployed on the basis of complete connection of the main road network and inter-regional road of Ninh Binh city to ensure the interconnection. Traffic routes are planned in the form of a chessboard with cross sections with width from 15m to 58.5m.

+ Power supply for Phuc Son industrial park: 220 kV power source is from Ninh Khanh transfer station and 110 kV power source is from power station in Dong Thanh ward, Ninh Binh city, fully meeting production needs in IP.

+ Clean water source of Phuc Son industrial park is taken from the city's water supply system with a capacity of 20000m3/day and night provided by Thanh Nam Construction and Trading Co., Ltd.

+ The drainage system for Phuc Son industrial park project is designed into 2 drainage systems:

+ Drainage and rainwater drainage systems are designed commonly

+ Industrial wastewater drainage system is specifically designed.

+ All waste water in the project will be collected to the waste water treatment station before discharging into the city's common drainage system.

III. Other utilities:

+ Phuc Son industrial park is designed with open space, green - clean - beautiful, with many green trees parks, amusement parks and schools. Of which, about 25 hectares will be used for construction of worker housing, commercial houses and 118 hectares of land for technical infrastructure with electric and water connection points to each land lot serving factories, enterprises, companies for trading and producing goods.
