Mong Hoa Industrial Park is located in Mong Hoa commune, Hoa Binh city, Hoa Binh province, established under Decision No. 138 / QD-UBND dated January 27, 2015 of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh Province.

I. Geographical location:

+ Mong Hoa Industrial Zone is 50km from the center of Hanoi along National Road 6 and Hoa Lac - Hoa Binh city, 75km from Noi Bai airport and 130km from Hai Phong port.

II. Planning area: 236ha

III. Industrial Park typ nature: multi-industry

Currently, the industrial park has 13 projects operating in production and business, and orienting to attract investment in the following industries:

+ Food processing industry;

+ Garment and footwear industry;

+ Industry of producing construction materials;

+ Information technology industry, electricity - electronics;

+ Prioritizing for investment projects with modern technologies, which do not cause pollution and projects attracting a lot of labors ...

IV. Industrial park infrastructure :

+ Power supply system: The industrial park has 110 / 22KV transformer station

+ Water supply system: having water supply factory with a capacity of 6000m3/day and night.

+ Internal transport system: The internal transport system accounts for 12.98% of the industrial park area which is fully constructed and reasonably arranged within the industrial park's campus.

+ All internal roads of the Industrial Park are equipped with high-pressure lighting system arranged along the road.

+ Waste water treatment system: The industrial zone(IZ) invests in construction of a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 6,000m3/day and night.

+ Communication system: The industrial park invests operating center and public services up to 2.9 ha.
