- Sewage treatment fee: 0,22USD / m3. The amount of waste water is calculated by 80% of practical clean water use.

INVESTMENT INCENTIVES

When investing in Minh Duc industrial zone, investors enjoy tax incentives prescribed by the State as follows:

A.      Enterprise Income Tax Incentives

- For investment encouraged projects: the tax is 10% profit within 15 years from the date of the investment project was officially put into operation and 28% for the next years. Enterprise is exempted income tax for 4 years from applying enterprise income tax and reduced 50% for the next 9 years.

- For the production and business projects: the tax rate is 15% of profit within 12 years from the date of the investment project was officially put into operation and 28% for the next years. Corporate income tax exemption for 3 years from the applicable corporate income tax and a reduction of  50% for the next 7 years.

- For the services business project: the tax rate is 20% profit within 10 years from the date of the investment project was officially put into operation and 28% for the next years. Corporate income tax exemption for two years from the applicable corporate income tax and a reduction of 50% for the next 6 years.

B. Import Tax and VAT incentives:

- Enterprises are exempted import tax and VAT on import goods to form fixed assets, including:

- Machinery equipment, construction materials, which can not be produced domestically

- Means of transport in the technological line; transport vehicles carrying workers, including cars of 24 seats or more and the components, details, spare parts, accessories and spare parts .... . Materials imported to manufacture equipment and machinery in production lines or manufacturing components, details, spare parts ...

- Projects of manufacturing components, mechanical parts, electronics have been exempted import tax for production materials in the five years since the start of production.

- For raw materials, supplies, spare parts for processing exports for foreign party in processing contracts signed, import tax shall be exempted.

- Raw materials and materials imported for production of export goods are defered payment of import tax in the time specified in the import tax law and when exporting products will be refunded import tax on imported raw materials according to the same rate to export products ratio. Being deferred to pay VAT during being deferred import tax.
