Geographical location of industrial zone:

Quang Minh Industrial Park is located in Quang Minh town and Chi Dong town, Me Linh district, Hanoi City with an area of ​​344.4 hectares. The scope and boundary are defined as follows:

- North: adjacent to the residential area near ​​Ca Lo river in Quang Minh Commune

- South: adjacent to the highway axis Bac Thang Long - Noi Bai

- East: adjacent to Kim Hoa commune, Me Linh District, Hanoi

- West: adjacent to the railway line Hanoi - Lao Cai

Quang Minh Industrial Park is considered the first multi-sector industrial park, less environmental pollution, including such key sectors: Electronic engineering assembly industry, food processing, light industry, consumer goods , jewelry processing, manufacturing of electronics components correctly, motorcycle, automotive parts,  household electrical appliances, mechanical ...

-  120km from deep water port in Quang Ninh - Cai Lan

Quang Minh Industrial Park is located close to North Thang Long - Noi Bai Highway and Hanoi - Lao Cai railway, close to Noi Bai international airport, positioned in front of national railway axis and national road 18, entering to Hai Phong  port and Cai Lan-Quang Ninh deepwater port , convenient for transportation, storage import and export cargo.

Labor resources:

 Hanoi is a big city which concentrates most of Universities and Colleges, the largest intermediate of Vietnam northern , with a series of prestigious schools systems, which annually provides thousands of workers who are intensively trained on the management, techniques and skills. Besides,  with the population of Hanoi about 6.5 million people, in which people in working age account for about 70% of the population . This labor source can fully supply, ensure for demand of investors in industrial zones.

 Moreover, the distance from the center of Hanoi to the industrial zones, industrial clusters is only about 7km , convenient for traveling from Hanoi to industrial zones everyday of labors.

 TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE :

 Rain water(domestic wastewater) and industrial wastewater treatment system was separately built. Wastewater will be to the wastewater treatment plant of the industrial zone. Rainwater is obtained through drain system and to the river in the area.

 Solid waste disposal and waste water:

All of the industrial waste water, domestic waste water is processed until  reaching minimum standards for water level C before being discharged into the overall wastewater system of industrial park. Then industrial park will continue to handle to meet standards prescribed by the state government of Vietnam.

 The solid wastes: enterprises in the industrial park will have to sign the contract in classifying, collection and transportation of waste to the functional unit for classification, collection and transportation of waste in order to transport garbage out of industrial zone which avoids causing environmental pollution.

 Clean water supply system: To be connected until the borderline of each business.

 Internal transport systems in the industrial park:

 - Reasonably designed to serve for traveling needs of the transport to each land plot in an easy and convenient way.

 REGULATIONS ON CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT :

 Building density:

 Entire works of the construction "footprints" is not exceed 65% of the total area of ​​the plot. Acceptable ratio of the floor is not exceeded 200% of the total area of ​​the plot

 Average height:

 1-2 floors for the factory, 1-4 floors for office, maximum height of each one is 4 meters.

 Construction boundary:

 The main works such as factories, offices, cafeterias, ... (except for secondary works such as garage, transformer, ...) must be built from the internal line boundary 6m, and from fence of next land plot 3.5 m.

Height:

 The minimum building height not exceeding 13m high vertical distance from a given background to the highest point of the roof.

 Fence:

 The maximum height of fence along the car road is 2.3 m

Barriers between the lots is not higher than 2 meters and not using barbed wire

 Firefighting systems and the lightning rods:

 Land lessee layout and maintain effective fire alarm system and firefighting system for each works in the land spot.

Any construction in the plot range must be equipped with lightning rod under appropriate design.
