Nam Cau Kien industrial zone was established under the investment certificate No. 02221000015, issued on May 29, 2008 by the Management Board of Hai Phong Economic Zone with a total area approved of ​​268 ha. Phase I: 108 ha - Phase II: 160 ha.

Operating time: 2007 - 2057.

South Cau Kien Industrial Park stretches on the area of 4 communes of Thuy Nguyen district where has a favorable exchange positions with the provinces in the country and foreign areas through traffic system of road, sea, railway and airway.
