In 2015, state management activities of the Management Board of Industrial Zones in Phu Tho is facing many difficulties but under the direction of leaders and efforts of all staffs, workers, employees, the basic criterias are easily achieved and exceeded its objectives, particularly plan of attracting investors, production and trading of import and export business.
In the campaign of promoting investment, the Executive Board has made innovation efforts to promote investment, consulting response, support investors choose the suitable place to invest effectively and overcome quickly the problems of administrative procedures, legal papers to easily implement the project. Simultaneously, the application of legal investment policy to create an open, attractive, healthy investment environment. Thus, 2015 can be considered as a bumper year in attracting investment in the industrial zones, the number of investment projects in industrial zones is approximately 80% of the projects in the 2011-2014 period, with a total domestic investment capital by 1.5 times of FDI projects. During the year, the Phu Tho Industrial Park has 12 projects granted investment certificates, at about 240% of one year plan. In which 8 domestic projects with total registered investment capital is 1,101 billion, 04 FDI projects with total registered capital of 58.8 million, 11 projects have started under construction, 02 projects have been put into business.
Phu Tho Industrial Zone Management always closely monitors all activities of the enterprise to promptly remove bottlenecks and process problems.
In 2015, some enterprises in industrial zones facing some difficult issues are assisted by industrial zone management Board about property transfer, contributing to promote the new project development, reduce poor quality projects, obtaining land rental for the State at higher prices.
Currently, in the industrial zones/clusters, project management board has had 110 production-business investment projects (44 FDI projects, 66 domestic projects). In 2015, industrial zone enterprises have achieved the encouraging business results: the total industrial production value reached to 14.000 billion, exceeding 24% the plan year, total revenue of 14.800 billion, rising 19, 7% of the plan, the state budget contribution of 690 billion, goods export value is estimated at 630 million, reaching to 150% of the plan. The enterprises in the industrial zones, clusters have attracted and created stable employment for 28,000 workers with an average income of 4.5 million VND / person / month.

In 2016 Industrial Zone Management Committee of Phu Tho province has still been striving to attract 10 investment projects into industrial zones, CCN, registered capital of 1,500 billion VND, ensuring for production and business activities of the companies, enterprises in industrial zones to continue growth and development, contributing to the state budget of about 900 billion and attracting more investors as well as employees working in industrial zones in the next years.
